We offer two earth-conscious shipping methods:

Standard Shipping ($12.95): 10-15 business days via DHL/FedEx
Free Shipping: 15-25 business days via EMS for orders over $50

We treat every shipment with the care we’d give our own garden. Bulbs travel in breathable mesh bags, while potted plants are secured with biodegradable materials. Our packaging adjusts seasonally – summer shipments include extra hydration, winter deliveries feature additional insulation.

What if my plants arrive damaged?

Can I return plants that don’t thrive in my garden?
While we can’t accept returns of plants that have been planted, we’re happy to offer advice if your plants aren’t thriving. Many factors affect plant success, and we’re here to help troubleshoot. Our 15-day guarantee covers plants that arrive in poor condition.
