Shipping Information
We carefully package each order with the same attention we give our growing plants to ensure safe arrival at your doorstep.
Order Processing
All orders are processed within 1-2 business days (excluding weekends and holidays). You’ll receive a confirmation email with tracking information once your order ships.
Shipping Methods & Timeframes
- Standard Shipping ($12.95):
- Carrier: DHL or FedEx
- Delivery timeframe: 10-15 business days after shipment
- Free Shipping (orders over $50):
- Carrier: EMS
- Delivery timeframe: 15-25 business days after shipment
Note: We ship worldwide except to certain Asian countries and remote locations. Delivery times may vary depending on your location and customs processing.
Returns & Exchanges
While we hope every purchase brings gardening joy, we understand that sometimes returns or exchanges are necessary. Our policy is designed to be as flexible as our flowering vines while protecting our living products.
General Return Policy
- Returns accepted within 15 days of delivery for most items
- Items must be unused and in original condition
- Original packaging must be intact (for non-plant items)
- Receipt or proof of purchase required
Non-Returnable Items
Due to their perishable nature, we cannot accept returns on:
- All live plants (including Achillea | yarrow, Agastache | hummingbird mint, Asclepias | milkweed, etc.)
- Flower bulbs (Allium, Crocus, Daffodil, etc.)
- Perishable gardening supplies
- Items marked “Final Sale”
Special Note: If your live plants or bulbs arrive damaged or incorrect, please inspect them immediately and contact us within 48 hours of delivery. We’ll happily arrange for replacements.
How to Initiate a Return or Exchange
- Contact Us: Email our customer care team at [email protected] within 15 days of receiving your order.
- Provide Details: Include your order number, item(s) for return, and reason.
- Wait for Approval: We’ll respond within 2 business days with instructions.

Return Shipping
- Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the return is due to our error
- We recommend using a trackable shipping service and purchasing insurance for valuable items
Refund Processing
- Timing: 5-7 business days after we receive and inspect your return
- Method: Issued to your original payment method (Visa, MasterCard, JCB, or PayPal)
- Shipping Costs: Original shipping fees are non-refundable
Exchange Policy
- Follow the standard return process above
- Clearly indicate you’d like an exchange and specify the replacement item
- We’ll process the exchange once we receive your return
- Price differences will be refunded or charged as needed
Damaged or Incorrect Items
If your order arrives damaged or incorrect:

- Provide photos of the damaged item(s) and packaging
- We’ll arrange for a replacement or refund at no additional cost
