The white flowered form of Jupiter’s Beard that blooms all summer and make a wonderful companion to many other perennials. Not recommended for coastal areas of CA, WA and OR, where it can behave aggressively. Drought resistant/drought tolerant plant (xeric).
Description
24-36″ x 24-30″ wide. The white flowering form of Jupiter’s Beard is a great companion plant with its summer-long display of white flower clusters. Centranthus ruber Albus is a tough xeric plant, this European wildflower is easily grown if not pampered. Too much water and rich soil is not appreciated. Deadhead when blooming is done to reduce reseeding and stimulate re-flowering.
